Live Arrival Guarantee, DOA Policy, and Shipping for Live Fish & Invertebrates
Shipping is on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays, weather permitting. We ship by UPS next-day delivery or Southwest Cargo only. Shipping costs on the website are calculated using UPS; if you prefer Southwest Cargo, please contact us directly via messaging or email. We guarantee live arrival for our fish. Prices do not include shipping. A credit for the DOA (dead on arrival) of fish (not shipping costs) will be honored. For DOA, please send three pictures or videos of the fish in the bag unopened. That needs to be done within one hour of carrier delivery or pickup. Failure of this voids the DOA policy. Shipping costs are not refundable. Sales for live fish or invertebrates are final, no refunds. That includes local deliveries.
It is worth considering that, despite our extensive shipping experience, some external factors are beyond our control and void the live arrival guarantee. For example, delays by the shipping company or destroyed boxes will fall under this category, but these cases are extremely rare.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns for livestock and other perishable items, including food.
Shipping of Ceramics and Food
Ceramics, souvenirs, and fish food will be shipped separately from livestock by UPS ground.
