Live Arrival Guarantee, DOA, and Shipping for Ornamental Fish and Invertebrates

Shipping is Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays, weather permitting. We ship by UPS next-day delivery or Southwest Cargo only. Shipping at the website is calculated for UPS; if you prefer Southwest Cargo, please contact us by direct messaging or email. We guarantee live arrival for our fish. Prices do not include shipping. A credit for the DOA (dead on arrival) of fish (not shipping costs) will be honored. For DOA, please send three pictures or videos of the fish in the bag unopened. That needs to be done within one hour of carrier delivery/pick up. Failure of this voids the DOA policy. Shipping costs are not refundable. Sales are final.

It is worthy of consideration that even though we have extensive shipping experience, some external factors extend out of our control and void the live arrival guarantee. For example, delays by the shipping company or destroyed boxes will fall under this category, but these cases are extremely rare. 

Shipping of Ceramics and Food

 Ceramics and fish food will be shipped separately from livestock by UPS ground.
